Automate Your Process exists to help businesses streamline their operations. To thoroughly accomplish this, a business process analysis is essential. This study conducted by us helps us gain an understanding of how work gets done at your company and determine if it's the most efficient and effective method. We can help businesses develop or refine business processes that are optimal. Then, we can build a software solution upon logical, known, and optimized processes.

Jeff Cecchini, a Southern California native, is the owner of Automate Your Process. He lives with his wife in Agoura Hills, California and is active in his church, Evangelical Free Church of the Conejo Valley. He has owned five successful businesses prior to starting Automate Your Process in March of 2006.

Jeff founded One Fee Payroll Service in October of 1999. The creation of OFP came about as a result of clients’ needs not being met by their payroll providers. Jeff listened and designed a payroll company the way the client wanted it, friendly, accurate, easy, and inexpensive. He sucessfully operated it with staff until March 2006 when he sold the company to Paychex. OFP was a full service payroll processing service bureau that catered to small and medium sized employers throughout California, Oregon, Nevada, and Texas.

During his time at OFP, he designed, built and integrated numerous Windows (desktop and server) and Linux (server) applications ranging from back-office payroll input scheduling to a web based SSL payroll data entry system for clients to self-serve.

Prior to OFP, Jeff owned and operated a sucessful business management, bookkeeping, and tax preparation firms serving individual and businesses established in 1992.

Until the fall of 1997, Jeff was also co-owner of J&B Painting, Inc., a residential and commercial painting contracting company located in Agoura Hills, CA. J&B Painting, Inc. still serves Ventura, Los Angeles, and Orange counties today. There, Jeff co-managed the company with a staff of 40 employees and annual gross sales in excess of $1,000,000.

Before that, Jeff owned a property maintenace and repair company and a landscaping company.
